Götz's Dora 13

Author Emel
Description And the last of the Dora's of this project for now is a very rare bird among rare war birds. The FW 190D-13 has been skinned many times before. What you see here is another study of Major Franz Götz's personal mount. It hopefully gives a fresh and perhaps a slightly different view of what this aircraft might have looked like. The camouflage and markings are based on the version seen in the Kagero Publications Focke Wulf FW 190 Vol. IV by Krzysztof Janowicz. I hope you find these skins enjoyable when next time taking off with the rare tri-cannon 'long nose' 190. Blanks skins included. The FW 190D-13 skins are optimized for the modded versions of Il-2 Sturmovik 1946 (AAA U.I, Ultra Pack and HSFX) but will also work with the standard FW 190D-9 with minor differencies on the spinner and MG 131 access panel details.

The FW 190D-9 template was converted from one of my older FW 190A-8 templates and the FW 190D-13 template was further converted from the FW 190D-9 template. Also introducing a new mechanical set by Jesters Ink from the new 190 voids.

1. FW 190D-13/R11, 836017 'Yellow 10' flown by Major Franz Götz, Geschwaderkommodore of JG 26, Flensburg, May 1945.
