This pack includes one skin from each of the RAF squadrons that composed 231 Group. 231 Group operated as part of SEAC (South East Asia Command) flying from bases in India and Burma.
99 Squadron had a white disc on a black fin 159 Squadron were unmarked 215 Squadron had two white horizontal stripes on a black rudder 355 Squadron had black and white vertical stripes on the rudder 356 Squadron had a white diagonal cross on a black rudder. The markings for 356 Squadron were sometimes on both sides of each rudder and at other times only on the outside of both rudders.
358 Squadron, after one bombing mission, was allocated to special duties such as dropping agents and supplies behind enemy lines and didn't carry special markings like the other squadrons.
