Just got directed to a really handy streaming TV site. It gives me one online casino pop-up when I try using it, but other than that it seems too good to be true.
It has just about any show you can imagine. No need to join up, pay or download, just click on the show, select the streaming source (my friend says 'gorillavids' are good) and then watch.

I've only been using it for a couple of days and don't know much about it so exercise due caution, but so far it seems really good. Watching "The Pacific" now.
