What is this plane and what are the circumstances in the picture?
I will post some more pics after someone guesses.

It is one of the G4M2 that flew the Japanese surrender delegation in August 1945. The crosses are the surrender markings.

Notice the last pic is a Mitsubishi KI 57 (I do not know what the deal is with this craft since the two Le Shima planes were Bettys)

I think these are some interesting planes and Aug 19th (tomorrow) is the anniversary of when they landed at Le Shima.
