crazyflak's Typhoon

Has anyone considered doing some skins for crazyflak's Typhoon? It's great fun to fly- but needs a little love from the A&A artist/craftsmen- in my opinion...just curious if anyone has thought about it...thanks!

Well,I certainly have.The Typhoon is one of my all time favorites.
Now if I knew where to find a good template I'd be right
on it Schwarzehund. Oh Crazyflack?....
By the way, I never knew that the Tiffie knocked down more FW 190A's than any other Allied Fighter,or Fighter bomber.
That piece of trivia came from our chief resident historian Duggy.

Thanks for the response, RDDR...glad to know you're a fan, too. Apparently Texx over at SAS got a template from Crazyflak in order to do his skins. I sure would love to see what you would do for this great bird!

RDDR- I'm sure you've got all sorts of irons in the fire- but I just wondered if you had any success acquiring a template for the 'phoon. Not nudging or pesting- just curious... Interesting nugget from Duggy about them downing more 190A's than any other Allied a/c- I certainly wouldn't have guessed that! All the best...glad to get Spring here, finally!

No not yet,as I've been pretty busy with real life stuff,
however I talk with Maurice regularlyand am going to be sending some of my work to him this weekend.

Thanks for the update, RDDR- just wanted to check in with you on the topic...steady as she goes!
Great stuff, Duggy- that old bird could apparently do it all: a2a, a2g, photo recon, whatever you've got!
Boelcke- we had 6" of snow a week and a half ago- now expecting almost 70F this Saturday! I'll be quaffing a couple big German beers at the Rathskellar biergarten downtown on Saturday afternoon if all goes well...the worm is turning around these parts- hopefully for you soon as well!
