Level 1BOY! Wouldn't you love to own all of that "Jap Junk" today?
Duggy, I notice that many of the a/c pictured have their engines covered/wrapped with a tarp. I was wondering if the US forces did that after the field was captured or was that normal Japanese practice? I've never seen engines covered like that before.

You will notice that the tarps on some are a perfect fit, so definitely Japanese.
Coral dust was a problem for all combatants in the PTO.
