Sometimes it?s a little bit tricky to get dgen campaigns work, because there is some stuff misssing in your install, which does not come with the stock IL2 game, but it?s easy to solve the problems.

Here are some examples:

Sometimes you're missing some message files, check these updated message files from vtrelut and install them into the DGEN folder:

these files often solved problems in the past - if the campaign don?t work, just install these files, it?s worth a try and you can?t do any damage to your install.


For RAF campaigns it can also be a problem with the british ranks and medals, if your RAF campaign in particular does not work try this:

I've istalled Westfront and Azura Dgen Mod......beep, installed missing files......beep, now getting a missing aircraft error and an inability to delete directory (what ever that means):
