11 years agoMain AdminA lot of you may not know Gary Numan.
He started off in the late 70's as Tubeway Army, some of his early hits you will here today covered by other artists.
He is also a very accomplished pilot, & is air show rated, although in the UK he is more famous for his crashes!
I love his music, enjoy.

11 years agoSat Oct 18 2014, 02:12amMain AdminI played this in 81/2 I think, sort of sad , that they never got what they deserved, as the dance floor moved a lot more than Duran Duran or the other top UK bands.
I still listen to there first albums.

11 years agoSun Aug 25 2013, 01:45amMain AdminThis band never made it really big.
But made some of the best rock songs ever.
And they are still going!
Metallica's version.

11 years agoMain AdminGetting back too the club scene.
A lot of music was launched under the name of "DISCO", when in fact it was Funk,R&B, or House, or new wave. (etc)
It really was exciting times to be a DJ.
The David Bowie version was not as successful.
The GAY music seen also started to have a huge impact on the dance floor.
Some absolute classics came out.
Above both from Rose Royce, more famous for "Carwash" but these two songs, you will probably know from other artist's.
I leave you with a band I grew up with.
