Boelcke's campaigns in English

Hi everybody,
I'm a newbie and playing the great DGen Boelcke's campaigns but the briefings are in Russian. I checked my DGen_mod.ini showing Language=English but the briefings still in russian. Any Help? Thanks -
Actually I closed the game and reboot the Pc and then...the briefings are in English! Computer mystery!
