Hi all,

just started with some skins for the Fw 190 Dora and want to share the result of my early efforts.

Want to do the different colour schemes from all the factories which build the different batches of the Dora production.

First the MiMetal build batch with Wnr 6xx xxx, started with the well known blue 12 from JG 6.

some more pics, most of the planes were painted with RLM 76/02, 83,81 and with the W3 underside the wings with bare metal parts There is still a lot to do, with all the details, but it´s a good start i think

You haven't lost your touch, that's for sure.

Have done some more, mastered the spiral spinner visible in flight, reworked the tail, added WNr and some more details - only a few details and the bird is ready to take off:

Blue 12 is finished and ready to take off, i´m working now on a more clean generic skin for the MiMetal production batch with all the features from blue 12, which will be added to the twin pack.

The birds are done, will upload the files this week

what´s coming next?

i´m working on the very first production batch from the Focke-Wulf factory, WNR 2xx xxx. They were build in autumn 1944 and III./ JG54 was the first unit flying the Dora 9.

The camouflage was a RLM 76/75/83 painting in a very clean way. It was replaced with RLM 76/82/83 after WNR 210274.

This one is WNr. 210015, pilot Willi Ungar 9./JG54:



it´s nearly finished, only some details to do.
