Level 1Hello,
My name is Dave, and I just found out about this site from a post on Hyperscale. I'm not really a skinner, but build scale models and am always researching paint schemes used by various pilots in World War 1 and World War 2.
My main interests are WW1 American aircraft, including Lafayette Escadrille, and also WW2 American aces in the Pacific theater. And also Navy patrol bombers used in the Pacific, my uncle served in VPB-104 and flew PB4Y-1 Liberators in 1944-45, taking place in the Philippines and surrounding areas.
This looks like a great place to find reference material!
Thanks
