New C-47 Skin Pack

This is a WIP, a C-47 skin pack of the Air Commando Group, Burma Operations. There is a few finishing touches to do and new markings to play with. Suggestions always welcome.

Totally agree with Chris; any time you 'go diagonal' on a skin is just asking for a headache, trying to connect the lines on the other side. Nice work mate!

Thanks guys, the diagonal bands were a bear, it seemed like it took forever to get them to align. I still have some tweaking to do on the upper portion of the bands mainly on the forward portion of the vertical stabilizer.
Chris, I'm still trying to find out how the wing markings on the one with the Lightening Bolt looks. I did find some skins of some fighters with the same scheme so they may look the same but not sure. Maybe Duggy can find a picture somewhere.
No worries Chris, I'm glad you asked me to do this, it was rather fun and a challenge.

I think the only half decent Air Commando ever done was by Ronnco a long time ago.

Lightning bolts should indicate the 2nd Air Commando, at least fighters. I don't think I've seen a picture of a C-47 with lightning bolts on it; care to share? -
Jarink, I found this one the other day, I just don't know what the wing and tail markings look like. I've started working on this one, maybe someone knows about the wing markings

I'd say the wing markings in the photo track pretty closely to what was seen on the Mustangs. A single stripe across the chord of the wing with two flanking lightning bolts at about 45 degree angles. A single chordwise stripe on the horizontal and vertical tail surfaces.
