I?m working on a North Africa campaign with JIR?s Northern Africa map since last year, now Version 3 of the map, which includes Lybia, Egypt, Crete and Cyprus, check it here:

I?m at the stage now to finish a first Beta version for an open Beta, most likely at the end of the month when i?m back from my holidays. Asuras dgen.exe is still wip, but the campaigns is playable now with some glitches. You will have to expect some bugs, but with the next updates from Asuras mod i think it will become better and better.


The North Africa campain works with HSFX 6 and for DBW also, it will be available for Luftwaffe, Regia Aeronautica and RAF fighter pilots.

It has four parts for Luftwaffe and RAF, one more for for the italians:

March 1941 (Regia Aeronautica only), the first attack of the Afrika Korps
April 1941, Push to Tobruk
November 1941, Operation Crusader
Spring 1942, the slow advance back to Cyrenaica
Summer 1942, first battle of El Alamain
October 1942 second battle of El Alamein and retreat

The German and RAF campaign will start around 20th april 1941 when I./JG 27 arrived north africa as first german fighter unit.



I?ve populated the most important airfileds of the campaign like Martuba, Gambut and other with a lot of objects.

Have expanded the campaign into a MTO campaign. Added JIR?s Algeria/Tunesia/Sicily map and MrO?s Tunisia map to Asuras dgen.exe mod files and created four additional parts to the North Africa campaign:

Tunisia Early 1943, Defense of Tunis
Sicily May 1943, Retreat from Africa
Sicily June 1943, Defense of Sicily
Sicily July 1943, Invasion of Sicily

for Luftwaffe, RAF, USAAF and Reggia Aeronautica and a lot of other stuff

like more italian and RAF squadrons, new skins, bug fixing and more
