AdminThey have reached the minimal goal of 100.000. The next stretch goal was adjusted to 150.000 for a Me-262 cockpit.
Over the weekend I have tested the free version of DCS World, which comes with a flyable Su-25. Looks like a solid game engine, although I experienced very long mission loading times. The graphic looks dated, in my opinion just slightly better than the old Il-2's graphics. Even if the graphics get an update, I have my doubts they will have the same quality as in BoS.

The terrain map you experimented with is the same old Crimea/Georgia map that has been around for nearly a decade now. Luckily for us ED is nearing completion of it's terrain engine overhaul. That means it will support much larger and more vast environments as shown at 1:50 in the video Duggy linked.
