10 years agoSun Apr 06 2014, 10:34pmLevel 6I know I've been posting a lot recently, but this is something I know you guys'll like, since you're about hstorical accuracy. I know the Doolittle Raid used B-25Bs, but I failed to install mods, so this pack's for people who, like me, aren't moded. I know some look similar, but that's not my fault.

AdminThey are looking good, although I would have used the B-25C. At first I was a little confused that the markings of the other fuselage side can be seen through the gunners window, I had never noticed this before.
-
Level 6Thanks. I don't have access to a B-25C template. Besides, I can't install mods. But yeah, I found the markings thing weird too.
-
AdminI don't know if anyone here has a B-25C template, but here is an old B-25 template by Jester-Ink with B-25C and B-25J layers:

I am not a B-25 expert, but I think the only things you have to change are the gun positons to use your skin on the B-25C.

Level 6Thanks, Jim.

Level 6Jim, I need a favor. Can you please, since I'm not able to, remove the lower turret from the B-25C-25 Template? I'm making some skin for the B-25B Raiders mod and, since it lacks the turrets, it just looks weird with that hole in it.
-
10 years agoLevel 1Maty, did you get Jester's B-25? I haven't seen it myself, but for all my stuff, Jester's templates have been the start and "gold standard."
Are you using GIMP or PS or something else for your painting program?
if you want I don't know the B-25 that well, but she's still one of my favorites and on my "to do" list as well for PBJs. I can take a look if you want.
I just run GIMP though, and haven't figured out how to export the full template to something else like .psd yet. For some reason that isn't working. -
Level 6Yeah, I did look at Jester's, but it's just not as good. I use Photoshop and the problem is that the hole is in the same layer as the internals. I am going to try something very stupid and simple that just might work: Copy that segment from the Neutral Grey layer and paste it over the internals layer.
