This might be available in Mods, but any plans for the stock game to make the Me-210/410 available?

Certainly not for 4.13 (DT would have announced it by now otherwise) but who knows what will appear in future patches. Here's a link to the the Daidalos Team section on the 1C forums, it's where they usually make any announcements about future content:
