Congrats to the A&A gang- the site looks great. I'm sure you guys are all "dialed in" with the upcoming downloads section- one thing I missed on the previous site is a way to see what is new. Often times I would miss new skins that had become available just because I had no idea they had been introduced and popped in the particular a/c section. Perhaps I missed things in the WIP area- or just didn't see any announcement. Got to the point where I would just go through the lot of them every once in a while to see what I'd missed. Perhaps that's a problem peculiar to me & I just wasn't utilizing the available info properly- it wouldn't be the first time. Will there be any sort of 'running list' of latest/most recently added downloads? Just curious.

By default this software does not feature a most recent or latest downloads, however there are a few user-made plugins, so you just may be in luck.

There is an option when we add a download to display it in the news feed on the home page (which we will use for major skins packs which have been collaborative efforts between a few of us). To avoid filling this up frequently with newly released skins, We could start a topic in the in Forums Entitled "Latest Releases" to help people see the latest skins.

Another way forward maybe for use to duplicate the news plugin that we have and use the duplicate just for latest releases. We'll see what we can do mate.

The downloads area will be available shortly too, We are busy trying to re-upload all our skins and as you can imagine, this takes a bit of time.

A lot of people had the same issue as you when trying to find the latest skins and it was reported multiple times when we asked for feedback. A more organised downloads section is one of the major reasons for the redesign of the site.

Once you drill down to the section for a specific aircraft type, you'll be able to sort on the upload date as well as author, name, etc.

Wohoo! Like a kid in a candy store! What beautiful work. A modded IL2/1946 with A&A skins has become the 'must have' for serious simmers.
