Close call for a B-17 crew as an AA rocket just misses !!

Difficult to judge the trajectory at that angle, but it appears the rocket might have flipped off-course when it hit the Fort's slip-stream. Either that, or some lucky gunner made the shot of his life. Amazing that the photographer managed to grab such a shot.
