12 years agoThu Jun 14 2012, 07:33amLevel 9... well I am afraid contrary to UV2 there is no glliding sound in UV3 ...
Tiger has been working on the video for 2 nights now, this is a very long process, especially when there are so many new features and you are as perfectionist and demanding as Tiger is ...
I keep modifying the demo mission to his requirements in order to serve the "just cause", and I saw to it that the FW190 A5 skins I used in this African mission (Jir's map) although totally unhistorical, are the ones from JG54, Central sector, made by a certain RDDR ... they fit so well on Jir's map I think ...
By the way, regarding skins, I made my best not to leak not yet public skins that FSM sent me for beta testing his, how shall I put this ... ? upcoming Tunisia campaign , I hope I didn't fail here ... -
Level 9Hi guys,
It is with great pleasure that I post the link to the first video (there could be 3)
Please keep in mind that Tiger is a sound maker, not a film maker, so please concentrate on the sounds ...

Level 1When finished and released I think it will be a real game changer for the best
-
Level 9Yep I agree Chris, UV3 brings so many life like improvements, now sounds are proportional to distance for ex, so you'll really have to watch your six, 'cause you won't be able to hear the enemy coming behind you, only his tracers will tell you he is here ...
Now all in cockpit (canopy closed) sounds will be muffled like in RL (play again the sequence when the FW200 flies over the FW190A5 while it's canopy is closing ... so you will no longer be able to hear battle sounds from several miles away etc ... -
Level 1My Dad told me as a kid you couldn't hear flack unless it was exploding very close to your aircraft. Then it was like metal BB's hitting metal if you were hit Often no explosion as it was already behind you,but the sound of pellets and if you were in a awkward position and very close it was like a low bottom end "Wump" with the BB's.
Tiger really has the hang of it .
Do give him my Best.
