Level 7Hello and welcome to a new double skin pack series for the Il-2 Sturmovik called Twin Pack. In this series I try to introduce two different aircraft, fighters mostly, in one neatly wrapped pack. I try to choose the aircraft so that they have something in common. They may have operated in same areas, or they might have the same operational status. But they may also be entirely different entities depending on what I have available at the time. The aircraft in these packs are mostly from the opposite sides but the packs might also consist of 'friendly' aircraft only.
It's been two years since I have done any serious skinning apart from a few updated skin packs from earlier times. All skins released in the new series are made with upgraded new 2012 templates based on my original 2008 templates, whatever you see is all new and hopefully better than the old ones. I will update this thread whenever a new twin pack is available. Hope you enjoy these skins.

Level 1Thanks Emel, beautiful work and an excellent presentation, Reminds me a lot of the old Airfix kits. We should make a single mission pack to accompany each of these.

Level 7Thank's for the kind comments. There will be more but it's surprisingly difficult to find couples with an interesting story and put em together as a pack . I think the best yet is Peterburs&Schuck. There's a real nice backround story to them (read me file) that really inspired me.

Level 7I enjoyed the background story as much as the skins. Those type of additions are much appreciated. Thankyou.
