Just want to ask...are all the a/c skins in the d/l section compatible with IL2 DBW or just the 'standard' IL2?

it's differing - i think any discompatibilities are mentioned in the accompanying text or enclosed text files.

I checked the readme files before posting and there was no mention of compatibilities with IL2 DBW. I don't want to assume. (been there, done that with bad results)

It is actually quite safe to assume that as DBW is based on Il2 and UP3RC, the base we start from are the stock Il2 aircraft. Despite their age many of them are still great and extensive mesh improvements over the years have not effected the basic mapping in most cases.

The exception to this are the total remakes of the stock models, such as Japancat's new Zeros, Claymore's FW190s (which still translate well) and the many new aircraft where new templates have had to be created.

In those cases, skinners of the standard you will meet here will always make any necessary notation crystal clear.

I went ahead and tried a couple of skins and everthing came out fine.
