I don't know this to be true but a Russian friend told me there was a take over and out the door Oleg went. I again what I said is heresay.
I put my own thoughts down in the last thread and I could be all wrong....Not the first time.

Jesus Chris, don't take things so personally. As for the other comments you made, well, fair enough. Everyone has their opinion on this. Certainly lots of discussion at the main forum for it.

Yes. According to Jason, the CloD and RoF development teams were merged into one team, that will be responsible for both BoS and future ROF development.
Let's just wait and see how things will develop. For skinners the RoF engine is surely more interesting than the CloD engine, but as a mission/campaign builder I am a little bit worried. The ROF mission editor is much less user-friendly than FMB and more importantly ROF doesn't support user-made campaigns, only single player missions.

FlatSpinMan, One of the biggest problems we have is typing in my opinion is often misunderstood cause it is just typing.If you and I were talking on a program like Skype I'm sure you wouldn't have felt the way you did.
Back to what I said, I dont have a fondness for these guys especially at 1C. Literally years and when COD was released. There were very many supporters extremely upset. Me being one of them.
If you have the Monty packs your eyes and your senses will pop. Lovin it.
I really mean it. The guys at SAS are doing fantastic work and everyone is ,well mostly everyone seems to be happy with the transformance of the site after the shuffle back in August.
My apologies if you were offended.Intentionally trying to hurt other peoples feelings is not my game. I think you should know that by now. Most of the time it's just Irish bluster.

Long Live Il-2 1946.....What can i say its stood the test of time and there is always something new comming along with all the MODS that are avaliable. I Had ROF was very dissapointed in it an as for CLOD it had potential but died.
