I tried my hand at a little weathering and I guess this looks okay, but I am having trouble geting "Streaking" done right. Does anyone have any tips on which brushes or techniqes to use? I use Photoshop CS2.

The paint job below is a representation of a diaroma I found searching the web. I have actually seen acft that look very similar to this in my travels (even did this a time or two with several acft I worked on, but that's another story), so I don't think this is too far fetched.
