Afaik Rock's templates never were public and finally were lost in a HDD crash
. He didn' have any save copies of them.

That's seems weird it was posted at SAS at one time and had a link back to this sight for the download link.but if it's gone then it's gone.

Yes when Rock left A&A he took all his work with him.
