Redoing a skin and template I made back in 2009, I ran across it while browsing my folders and thought, man thats not too good. So I'm giving it a face lift. Still more to be done, all suggestions are welcome. Does anyone have a new mechanical layer, I have the one from the void and some additions I did.

Bearing in mind that the Flying Tigers had to face a fair number of these over Burma, 1942, I would love to see this aircraft get the mapal treatment! Here's a couple of interesting links...

I won't say they are not good - compared with released stuff of many other 'skinners' :blush: . In each case they are a very well base to start from :good:

Up-date on the Ki-43, still working on the chipping and weathering, chipping has always been my Achilles Heal, but still trying, still have the cowling to do. Somehow I lost all my samples of weathering for JAAF. I know they are somewhere in my disarrayed files.

Here is another update on what I have so far, suggestions welcome, I tried the bare metal on the lower surfaces, still need some practice.
