I have dbw 1.71 but i can't find such big smoke columns in the stationary objects. How can i get them?

just dropp it into the #DBW folder, for example \#DBW\00_GurnersEffects

Are these fires and smokes selectable in the
stationary objects then? Do they replace
all the small fires and smokes too?
